Manage client engagements for private foundations, ensure quality and technical expertise in tax compliance, and provide consulting services. Lead administrative duties and foster client relationships while supporting firm growth and practice development initiatives.

The Tax Manager oversees tax engagements, advises clients on tax strategies, mentors staff, and manages client relationships to optimize family wealth and business success.

Guide clients through ERP and software solution evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization. Lead GASB-based audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion. Manage engagement teams, review workpapers and financial statements, assess engagement risk, maintain client relationships, mentor staff, support practice growth and proposal activity, meet $100K new-billings goal, present technical training, research technical issues, and complete required CPE.

Own and manage a hybrid on-premises/Azure environment, including networks, servers, security, disaster recovery, and virtualization. Provide Tier 3 support, lead infrastructure projects and vendor implementations, document systems, participate in budgeting and on-call rotation, and drive modernization and security initiatives.
