Own and manage a hybrid on-premises/Azure environment, including networks, servers, security, disaster recovery, and virtualization. Provide Tier 3 support, lead infrastructure projects and vendor implementations, document systems, participate in budgeting and on-call rotation, and drive modernization and security initiatives.

Manage client engagements for private foundations, ensure quality and technical expertise in tax compliance, and provide consulting services. Lead administrative duties and foster client relationships while supporting firm growth and practice development initiatives.

Leads complex audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements for privately held businesses. Responsibilities include engagement planning, risk assessment, testing oversight, workpaper and financial statement review, client relationship management, staff mentorship, technical research, training, practice development, and sales activities. The role requires maintaining audit expertise, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards, and managing multiple client projects while working hybrid from the office two to three days weekly.
