Manages commercial tax engagements from planning through completion, reviews tax returns and workpapers, researches technical issues, advises clients on tax planning and compliance, supports IRS examinations and appeals, develops client relationships, contributes to business development, mentors staff, and provides technical training.

Leads governmental and nonprofit financial consulting engagements involving GASB, BARS, federal grants, Uniform Guidance, financial reporting, internal controls, forensic auditing, and operational improvement. Provides technical accounting guidance, manages grant compliance activities, prepares financial statements, supervises staff, trains clients, collaborates with auditors, and ensures projects meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements.

Perform audit, review, and compilation engagements; apply auditing techniques to verify financial statement assertions; assist with planning, documentation, budgeting, and engagement wrap-up. Conduct technical research, assess testing results, communicate project status and issues, and participate in professional development. Candidates must meet CPA licensure credit requirements by employment start, demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
