Creates BIM documentation for HVAC and plumbing/piping designs, assists with mechanical project design, develops construction estimates and schedules, supports BIM standards, coordinates designs across disciplines, and maintains client relationships. The role works closely with architects and engineers on sustainable building projects and requires or prefers experience with Revit and MEP systems.

Designs and documents HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire suppression systems for diverse building projects. Collaborates with clients, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and multidisciplinary design teams throughout design and construction. Manages multiple projects and tasks while developing integrated, sustainable engineering solutions. Requires an accredited architectural or mechanical engineering degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and an understanding of building mechanical systems. Building-industry experience and FE, Revit MEP, load calculation, LEED AP, or WELL AP credentials are preferred or advantageous.
