Create, edit, and proofread proposal and marketing content (cover letters, project descriptions, resumes, narratives). Maintain brand voice, produce social media/website collateral, and publish industry white papers. Collaborate with leadership and manage multiple deadlines.

Provide front-desk support for the Lincoln office: answer and route calls, greet visitors, manage mail and shipments, schedule travel and meetings, maintain supplies and conference rooms, prepare documents, run errands, and assist accounting and administrative staff as requested.

Lead project coordination, documentation, and specifications from design through construction; mentor staff, provide QA/QC and project leadership, manage client relationships and pursuits, and support marketing and business development. Work spans multiple project types and locations; travel may be required.
