Coordinates reentry and transition services for incarcerated people with acute and complex behavioral health needs. Assesses barriers, develops individualized release plans, coordinates mental health, substance use, housing, healthcare, education, employment, and peer-support resources, and collaborates with jail staff and community organizations. Maintains documentation, manages caseloads, conducts referrals, supports behavior change, and works in a secured correctional environment.

Provides general HR support with emphasis on job classification, compensation, labor relations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and policy interpretation. Conducts classification studies, salary surveys, job evaluations, and internal equity analyses; advises managers on legally sensitive personnel matters; supports unionized workforces and collective bargaining agreement interpretation; develops HR training and recruitment materials; and analyzes employment legislation and regulations.

Provides advanced administrative support for the Elections division, including voter registration data entry, ballot processing, record updates, proofreading, mailings, signature verification, customer service, reporting, database tracking, and coordination with agencies. The role may train staff, improve office procedures, support budgeting and facilities, assist with redistricting and annexation, and work overtime during election deadlines. This is an on-site, essential government-services position with variable scheduling up to 40 hours weekly.

Manage civil roadway and transportation capital improvement projects from planning through construction. Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, grants, contracts, permitting, design review, public outreach, and schedule monitoring. Mentor other project managers and ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.

Maintain safety, security, and custody of inmates in a county jail; perform booking, searches, head counts, escorts, medication monitoring, and court transport; complete reports, disciplinary follow-up, and participate in training and specialized assignments. Complete required testing, background, and Washington CJTC equivalency within six months if hired.

Provide administrative and logistical support for Jail Services: purchase supplies, maintain inventory and records, receive and deliver goods to multiple facilities, operate delivery vehicle, manage databases/FMS entries, coordinate surplus/property disposal, assist vendors and staff, and support emergency purchases and periodic on-call duties.
