Responsibilities include tort claim intake, vehicle agreement tracking, notary program administration, public records requests, subrogation, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, data entry, customer service, confidential records management, and Drupal website administration. The role also supports HR onboarding, employment verification, recruiting advertisements, document processing, timekeeping, and communication systems.

Provide administrative and logistical support for Jail Services: purchase supplies, maintain inventory and records, receive and deliver goods to multiple facilities, operate delivery vehicle, manage databases/FMS entries, coordinate surplus/property disposal, assist vendors and staff, and support emergency purchases and periodic on-call duties.
