Maintain safety, security, and custody of inmates in a county jail; perform booking, searches, head counts, escorts, medication monitoring, and court transport; complete reports, disciplinary follow-up, and participate in training and specialized assignments. Complete required testing, background, and Washington CJTC equivalency within six months if hired.

Provide administrative and logistical support for Jail Services: purchase supplies, maintain inventory and records, receive and deliver goods to multiple facilities, operate delivery vehicle, manage databases/FMS entries, coordinate surplus/property disposal, assist vendors and staff, and support emergency purchases and periodic on-call duties.

Manage civil roadway and transportation capital improvement projects from planning through construction. Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, grants, contracts, permitting, design review, public outreach, and schedule monitoring. Mentor other project managers and ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.
