Manage civil roadway and transportation capital improvement projects from planning through construction. Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, grants, contracts, permitting, design review, public outreach, and schedule monitoring. Design and produce civil roadway and stormwater plans for county capital improvement projects. Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, culvert and bridge assessments, prepare plans/specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
