The Director of Capital Markets will develop and execute funding strategies, negotiate forward flow purchase agreements, oversee warehouse borrowing base reporting, manage relationships with lenders and investors, analyze loan-level data, and build scalable capital markets infrastructure. The role partners with Credit, Finance, Legal, Operations, and senior leadership to support business growth and reliable liquidity.

Manage and scale ClarityPay’s process governance system, including stage-two reviews, QA, change control, process documentation, KPIs, cost metrics, and process registers. Design preventive and detective controls, build warehouse-driven dashboards and alerts, perform root cause analysis, and provide control evidence and executive reporting. The role partners with process owners, Compliance, IT Security, and executives to improve operational reliability in a regulated fintech environment.

Corporate Counsel will lead commercial contract drafting and negotiation while expanding into fintech product, regulatory, compliance, operational, and dispute-resolution support. The role advises on consumer lending products, performs legal risk assessments, supports regulator and customer inquiries, develops compliance resources and policies, and manages legal projects. Candidates need at least three years of legal experience, including two years at a law firm, strong transactional experience, consumer financial services knowledge, and a law license in good standing.
