Manage a portfolio of merchant clients, overseeing onboarding, implementation, daily program operations, performance tracking, client reviews, issue resolution, and strategic growth plans. Serve as the primary client contact while coordinating with internal Product, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams. Analyze performance and customer experience data, ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are met, and drive client satisfaction and program success.

Individual contributor responsible for driving new merchant growth and transaction volume across an assigned industry vertical. Sources, qualifies, negotiates, and closes enterprise partnerships involving payment, lending, BNPL, point-of-sale financing, or branded card products. Develops tailored commercial solutions, pricing, and proposals; collaborates on onboarding and launch; supports client success; builds ecosystem partnerships; and represents the company at conferences. The role requires strong merchant relationships, financial acumen, executive communication, and strategic sales execution.

Build and deploy dependable AI agents, automations, controls, and external-facing solutions across finance, credit risk, servicing, collections, and operations. Partner with business users to scope workflows, design systems, write evaluations, instrument production processes, measure business impact, and drive adoption. Develop reusable agent patterns and harness standards while applying governance, human review, monitoring, and escalation controls.
