Manage and supervise operations of multiple residential group homes, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staffing, training, budgeting, and member rights. Support HR functions, emergency preparedness, financial reporting, service continuity, and relationships with care team members, families, and external agencies. Mentor team leads and implement strategies to meet organizational goals.
