Supervise and support staff across multiple group homes to ensure safe, person-centered care and regulatory compliance. Oversee onboarding, training, medication administration, budgets, documentation, and incident response. Coordinate with HR, scheduling, families, and leadership; participate in audits, referrals, on-call rotations, and provide Program Lead coverage as needed.

Supervise and support staff across multiple group homes, ensure resident safety and high-quality person-centered care, maintain regulatory compliance, oversee training and medication documentation, manage household budgets and operations, respond to emergencies and staffing shortages, support HR with performance and investigations, participate in on-call rotations and quality assurance.

Provide in-home and group-home support including companionship, household tasks, errands, meal preparation, and medication assistance. Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance, handle documentation, communicate with families/guardians, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotations.
