Leads accounting operations, including monthly close, financial statements, budgeting, rate development, payroll supervision, general ledger maintenance, reporting, financial analysis, and annual audits. Supervises accounting and payroll staff, advises management on variances and accounting treatment, evaluates finance software and processes, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Supports the Accounting Department with daily operations and project work, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable reconciliation, budgeting, financial forecasting, audit documentation, financial reporting, data entry, and process improvement. The intern ensures accurate financial data, assists with regulatory compliance, and gains hands-on experience with accounting functions while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Recruits, screens, interviews, and onboards candidates across organizational positions. Maintains HRIS records, job postings, compliance tracking, and required reports while ensuring employment-law compliance. Coordinates college, community, job-fair, and outreach recruiting efforts, promotes the organization as an employer, and supports diversity-focused initiatives. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong communication and organization, valid Wisconsin driving credentials, and successful caregiver background checks.
