Provide in-home and group-home support including companionship, household tasks, errands, meal preparation, and medication assistance. Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance, handle documentation, communicate with families/guardians, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead accounting department operations including monthly close, financial statement preparation, budgeting and rate development; supervise payroll and accounting staff; maintain general ledger and reports; manage annual audit; produce ad-hoc analyses and recommendations; assess finance software and processes to improve efficiency.

Support accounting department with data entry, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, audit preparation, budgeting, financial analysis, and maintaining accounting records and systems under supervision.
