Manages daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, transaction recording, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting support, and month- and year-end close processes. Oversees invoicing, returns, credits, and accounts receivable collections; collaborates with procurement to improve cost efficiency; and supports external accountants and executive management. Requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, organization, communication, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Develop and test embedded software for autonomous medical devices, robotic tissue-sectioning systems, and vision systems. Responsibilities include driver development for motors, cameras, scanners, and PLCs; control algorithms for mechatronic systems; software documentation; and unit testing. The role collaborates with mechanical, electrical, and optics engineers and requires experience with C/C++, Python, Linux, real-time systems, hardware interfaces, and industrial protocols.

Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines and CNC lathes to produce precision parts in production and R&D settings. Perform drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, and related machining operations; select tools, set offsets, load parts, use fixtures and gauges, and maintain tight tolerances and fine finishes. Interpret blueprints and process sheets, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with engineers on manufacturability and machining design.
