It establishes model governance, monitoring, KPIs, and human oversight while identifying emerging threats such as synthetic identities, deepfakes, and AI-enabled fraud. The strategist partners with Fraud Operations, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to implement scalable, continuously monitored fraud controls.

Own Clara’s Sales Academy from onboarding through ramp certification and ongoing enablement. Design 30/60/90-day curricula, training materials, assessments, scorecards, and certification checkpoints. Connect learning data with sales performance metrics, build an AI-powered self-service Academy app using no-code tools, and administer HubSpot account assignments and data. Partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to improve curriculum, coaching, and new-hire performance.
