The Customer Success Associate will onboard clients, manage relationships, drive upselling initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to analyze client portfolios for growth.

Design and maintain secure, highly available Java/Spring Boot backend services for payments, optimize asynchronous transaction processing, integrate with payment networks, build React frontends and internal tools, apply AI to accelerate engineering workflows, mentor engineers, and implement observability and CI/CD.
