Drive customer acquisition and growth in Monterrey by developing and executing a territory sales plan. Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, pipeline and forecast management, consultative selling, negotiations, and closing high-impact deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply proven sales playbooks, and own territory performance. The role focuses on selling Clara’s fintech spend-management and financial products to businesses.

Own the full sales cycle across the regional market, from identifying and qualifying business opportunities through negotiation and closing. Build a predictable pipeline using local relationships with finance and operations decision-makers, advise clients on Clara’s fintech platform, and grow long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Marketing and Product to apply regional insights, while using HubSpot, Google Drive, AI tools, and automation to track performance and improve sales workflows.
