The Machine Learning Engineer will extract features from financial data, build predictive models, and enhance Clair's Data Science platform while collaborating with various teams.

Develop and maintain credit risk and repayment models; engineer predictive features from transaction-level data; deploy, monitor, and optimize production ML on AWS and Snowflake ML; prototype new methodologies; investigate model performance and drift; collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams; communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own Clair's consolidated operating model: budgeting, weekly rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting. Support fundraising, model new product economics and pricing, translate cross-functional inputs into financial insight, maintain tooling (Pigment/dashboards), and build the FP&A team and scalable processes.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll provide insights to drive growth by analyzing data, developing dashboards, and collaborating across teams to meet business objectives.
