As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineers, streamline processes, enhance cross-functional teamwork, protect team well-being, and promote innovation.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO: manage complex calendar and priorities, coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare materials, track actions, drive founder-led partnership scheduling and follow-ups, maintain CRM hygiene, create systems to improve CEO efficiency, and handle occasional personal logistics and travel.

Investigate high-risk and suspicious financial activity, manage queues and escalations, and resolve disputes. Analyze datasets and use tools (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel) to identify fraud patterns, apply knowledge of ACH/Card/RTP and consumer regulations, and communicate findings to stakeholders to mitigate risk.

Provide regulatory legal advice for product development, marketing, and partnerships; support compliance management (policies, training, monitoring); manage licensing, vendor risk, audits, and partner bank compliance; review customer-facing materials and monitor regulatory developments to guide internal teams.

Own and scale the compliance management system: manage state licensing, lead audit readiness, maintain CMS (policies, training, risk assessments), conduct vendor risk assessments, review customer-facing materials for UDAAP compliance, support partner bank requests, monitor regulatory changes, and advise Product/Marketing/Operations on compliance matters.

The Go-to-Market Strategy Lead will conduct research and analysis on the embedded fintech landscape, identify target customers, and support the company's growth strategy while collaborating with various teams.

The Product Data Scientist will manage experimentation and analytics, focusing on A/B testing, product evaluation, and translating data into strategic recommendations for growth and risk management.
