Own Clair’s visual brand and marketing design across illustration, product visuals, motion, marketing emails, website pages, sales and partner decks, campaigns, social assets, and event collateral. Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and partnerships while maintaining high standards for typography, layout, composition, color, and craft. Manage multiple projects, translate open-ended briefs into polished work, and deliver production-ready digital and print assets.

Own and expand strategic platform partnerships, serving as the primary contact for high-value accounts and executive stakeholders. Manage Clair’s onsite office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, workplace systems, onboarding logistics, recruiting coordination, marketing support, and company events. Coordinate office moves or expansions, improve administrative processes, troubleshoot office and technology issues, and help create a welcoming employee experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Develop and maintain credit risk, repayment, and predictive models powering financial products. Engineer features from transaction data, deploy and monitor production ML models using AWS and Snowflake, analyze model performance and drift, prototype modeling methods, and collaborate with product, risk, and engineering teams. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders while applying explainable AI, time-series modeling, and financial machine-learning best practices.

Build and maintain Clair’s ELT pipelines and dbt data models, ingest new source systems, and create trusted datasets for analytics and business decisions. Improve data quality, testing, documentation, observability, governance, and access controls. Partner with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and resolve data issues. Support feature pipelines, optimize Snowflake costs, and occasionally provide ad hoc analysis.

Lead FP&A responsibilities including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and board/investor reporting. Build and maintain models for revenue, unit economics, profitability, headcount, and cash flow. Produce monthly management reporting, partner cross-functionally to explain performance drivers, and develop scalable reporting infrastructure using Pigment, Snowflake, SQL, AI, and automation. Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance initiatives.
