Provide first-line customer support through phone, text, and email. Become an expert in Clair’s signup, earned wage advance, and repayment products; resolve financial questions; and deliver an exceptional user experience. Collaborate with product, technology, and partner teams to investigate issues and improve support. The role requires strong communication, numerical aptitude, Zendesk experience, and enthusiasm for fintech and supporting hourly workers.

Drive growth and product decisions through experimentation, statistical analysis, metrics management, data pipelines, modeling, and dashboard development. Partner with business and product teams to answer analytical questions, build ingestion and transformation workflows with dbt, and create visualizations that enable stakeholders to explore data and act on insights.

Own the strategy, development, launch, and iteration of Clair’s embedded fintech products. Identify opportunities, define roadmaps, conduct experiments, understand user needs, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering, design, finance, regulatory, operations, partners, and go-to-market teams. The role requires navigating ambiguity, balancing customer and business needs, and building new financial experiences in a regulated environment.
