The role identifies system gaps, improves data accuracy, supports end users, and manages sales technology projects.

Manage supervisors and multiple field crews, recruit/hire/train staff, inspect job progress and equipment, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure jobsite quality and safety, run safety meetings/inspections, operate company vehicles, and enforce company policies.

Sell foundation repair services through scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments. Inspect homes, develop repair plans, close sales (often one-call closes), and provide excellent customer service to generate uncapped commission earnings.
