Own and grow CivilGrid’s government sales presence across the Western US. Lead complex public-sector enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution, including pilots, RFP/RFQ responses, procurement navigation, stakeholder alignment, business-case development, and multi-year contract conversions. Build government-focused outbound campaigns, maintain long procurement-cycle engagement, represent the company at industry conferences, and expand public-sector infrastructure relationships.

Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives by researching and engaging government, utility, engineering, and contractor prospects. Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and event engagement; qualify inbound leads; maintain CRM accuracy; understand and communicate the product’s value; and collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to improve messaging, sequences, lead scoring, and outreach tactics. The role is hybrid in San Diego with occasional conference travel.

Research, digitize, process, and maintain utility-related spatial datasets and geodatabases. Use ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, SQL, and ETL workflows to improve data accuracy, perform QA/QC, interpret maps and drawings, and support internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with research coordinators and project managers while independently managing detailed GIS work in a hybrid environment.

Lead end-to-end UX design for CivilGrid's spatial, data-dense B2B product. Translate maps, layers, permits, and workflows into simple, usable interfaces. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to prototype, test, ship features, and evolve the design system while mentoring other designers.
