Research, digitize, process, and maintain utility-related spatial datasets and geodatabases. Use ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, SQL, and ETL workflows to improve data accuracy, perform QA/QC, interpret maps and drawings, and support internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with research coordinators and project managers while independently managing detailed GIS work in a hybrid environment.

Conduct qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing) with civil engineers, GIS teams, and field crews to inform product decisions. Partner with PMs and designers to shape research questions, run usability tests on prototypes, synthesize actionable insights, and build a repeatable research practice. Support complementary quantitative analysis when useful and help the product team incorporate customer feedback continuously.

Sell CivilGrid's civil design platform to California cities, municipalities, and public agencies. Own full public-sector sales cycles from prospecting and pilots through contract execution, navigate government procurement/RFPs, build ROI-backed materials, maintain long-cycle stakeholder engagement, and expand pipeline using existing public-sector networks. Represent CivilGrid at industry events.
