Teams at CivilGrid

Serve as primary customer contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption of CivilGrid. Manage deployments, conduct account reviews, build dashboards to monitor health, drive product usage and expansion, advocate customer needs to product and sales, develop case studies, and provide civil engineering technical expertise. Up to 50% travel.

Design and build end-to-end features across the stack, including database models, React UIs, mapping interfaces, data pipelines, and real-time collaboration. Profile and optimize performance, implement monitoring/alerts/logging, and own multi-sprint projects while mentoring engineers to maintain system reliability and scalability.

Build end-to-end full‑stack features across database models, APIs, and React frontends. Work on web/mobile mapping interfaces, data pipelines, relevancy algorithms, and real‑time collaboration. Profile and tune performance, implement monitoring/alerts/logging, perform code reviews, and collaborate closely with product and customers.
