The FP&A Analyst develops forecasts, scenarios, financial models, and driver-based analyses covering revenue, ARR, retention, margins, cash flow, and productivity. They explain performance variances, improve planning processes, challenge assumptions, and provide decision support to senior leaders, including the CFO and executive team. The role also supports strategic analysis, investment cases, long-range planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking across regions and geographies.

Lead Civica's global NetSuite transformation as Product Owner. Manage implementation partners, translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive Agile delivery, govern platform enhancements and integrations, build and lead an Enterprise Applications team, and support global rollout and adoption to deliver business value across Finance, Technology, and operations.

Processes purchase requisitions and purchase orders, obtains supplier quotations, supports negotiations and sales-order cost validation, maintains supplier pricing and inventory records, reconciles stock, prepares purchasing reports, and ensures compliance with financial and procurement controls. The role also identifies cost-saving opportunities, supports supplier management, and provides internal customer service.
