Lead global account-based marketing using Demandbase; plan target accounts, design multi-channel ABM campaigns, run programmatic/display advertising, support Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation and nurture workflows, and deliver reporting on ABM engagement and campaign performance.

Partner with Service Delivery and Customer Support leaders to plan budgeting, forecasting and SaaS financial reporting. Drive cost efficiency, resource and capacity decisions, analyse KPIs (ARR, CAC, churn), build business cases, improve forecasting and profitability processes, and present actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Design and deliver AI-driven proofs of concept to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions; partner with stakeholders to translate complex problems into experiments and recommendations; shape pragmatic AI strategy and promote a culture of innovation.
