Teams at Civica

Develop and maintain pension calculations in Civica's pensions software. Analyze scheme rules and legislation, create unit tests and test scenarios, support Agile delivery, engage with customers and stakeholders, produce technical documentation, assist product testing and ongoing support.

Provide L2 support for Civica's Carelink health and community care software: troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage multiple support requests to meet SLAs, liaise with customers and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles, apply product knowledge, and contribute to QA and product quality improvements.

Lead delivery of complex, multi-project software programs for public sector clients. Oversee interconnected projects, manage and mentor Project Managers, establish governance and controls, manage budgets, risks, and commercial opportunities, engage executive stakeholders, and drive change and delivery excellence across programs.
