Manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate onboarding and early engagement, design and run employee engagement and recognition programs, track metrics and reporting, support internal communications, and ensure compliance with employment laws while partnering with managers and leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Conduct residential energy audits to BPI standards and perform Quick Home Energy Check-ups (QHEC). Install direct-install efficiency measures, run diagnostic tests (blower door, combustion, infrared), perform energy modeling (Beacon, Sightline), produce audit reports and weatherization work scopes, manage documentation, and educate customers on efficiency, incentives, and safety.
