Conduct residential energy audits to BPI standards and perform Quick Home Energy Check-ups (QHEC). Install direct-install efficiency measures, run diagnostic tests (blower door, combustion, infrared), perform energy modeling (Beacon, Sightline), produce audit reports and weatherization work scopes, manage documentation, and educate customers on efficiency, incentives, and safety.

The Case Manager will provide support, advocacy, and guidance to help participants overcome obstacles and achieve their education and career goals through tailored case management services.
