Design, build, and maintain IT infrastructure and integrations. Implement APIs and middleware, ensure data hygiene and integrity, manage physical and virtual servers, perform routine maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery, and collaborate with teams and vendors to automate workflows.

Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic around active work zones, set up and remove traffic control devices, monitor safety compliance, coordinate with crews, maintain safety gear, and report hazards to protect crews and the public during fiber installation projects.

Lead payroll processing and compliance for bi-weekly payroll, audit timecards and GPS punches, enforce California wage and hour rules, administer deductions and leaves, partner with HR/legal, prepare payroll journal entries, run reports, and train managers on timekeeping practices.

Install, splice, test, and certify fiber optic networks independently. Perform OTDR testing, troubleshoot and repair network and fiber issues, install/configure network equipment, conduct site surveys, document field work, mentor junior splicers, and provide on-site customer support while maintaining safety and quality standards.
