Provide HR administrative support including onboarding logistics, maintaining personnel records, benefits assistance, compliance tracking, routine HR communications, scheduling, front-desk reception, office upkeep, and general admin tasks to support the HR team and ensure audit readiness.

Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic around active work zones, set up and remove traffic control devices, monitor safety compliance, coordinate with crews, maintain safety gear, and report hazards to protect crews and the public during fiber installation projects.

Design, build, and maintain internal applications, integrations, and automated workflows supporting HR, Operations, Finance, and other functions. Gather requirements, write and test front-end and back-end code, troubleshoot databases and integrations, document systems, and recommend tools to improve efficiency while ensuring data integrity and security.
