Teams at City of Stirling

Lead multidisciplinary planning, planning administration, and design review teams for a large local government. Provide expert planning advice to Council, executives, stakeholders, and working groups; manage operational performance, budgets, and resources; improve services and business processes; coach emerging leaders; and represent the City in complex development assessment and significant development matters.

Provides administrative and customer support for Community Safety services, including processing infringements, animal registrations, permits, refunds, correspondence, records, purchase orders and evidence files. The role also supports continuous improvement, project activities and responsive community service while interpreting local laws and maintaining accurate documentation.

Lead the City’s community insights function by collecting, analyzing, and reporting community and local-area data. Build suburb profiles, benchmarks, and data stories; facilitate two-way engagement with diverse communities; develop actionable insights; and embed evidence-informed decision-making into projects and strategies. The role also involves building relationships with community groups, businesses, and internal stakeholders to deliver locally responsive outcomes.
