Provides comprehensive HR support across HRIS and payroll operations, personnel transactions, compliance audits, training, performance management, analytics, and internal communications. Manages Paycom workflows, payroll coordination, employee inquiries, regulatory programs, HR reporting, and data integrity while advising departments and maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Facilitates recreation programs, clinics, special events, community outreach, and facility operations for the City of Rock Hill. Supports staff, volunteers, concessions, admissions, memberships, reporting, facility opening and closing, security, cleanup, and minor maintenance. The role also assists with partnerships, committees, and regional or international events, requiring on-site availability, customer service, and night and weekend work.

The Recreation Specialist assists in daily park operations, maintenance, safety compliance, concessions, and general custodial duties. Requires effective customer service and adaptability during events.
