Provide individualized case management to YouthBuild participants: assess needs, create and update Individual Service Strategies, coordinate supportive services, monitor progress and attendance, maintain confidential case files and federal reporting data, support leadership development and follow participants for at least 12 months post-exit to document outcomes.

Lead and manage all aspects of the DOL/ETA-funded YouthBuild program, ensuring federal compliance, participant recruitment and training, staff supervision, budget and subcontract oversight, partner coordination, data reporting, performance monitoring, and audit readiness to meet negotiated outcomes.

Build and maintain employer and apprenticeship partnerships to secure work-based learning, internships, and unsubsidized jobs for YouthBuild participants. Prepare participants with resume support, mock interviews, job readiness training, credential access, placement tracking, employer visits, job fairs, and post-placement follow-up to meet DOL/ETA performance measures.
