Provides financial support for budgeting, financial reporting, internal audit reviews, and capital asset planning. Responsibilities include analyzing internal controls, preparing quarterly and annual variance reports, forecasting revenues and expenses, conducting operational reviews, recommending efficiency improvements, and supporting the City's asset management plan.

Monitors recreational and drop-in sports activities to ensure participant safety, cooperative play, and compliance with the City's Code of Conduct. Enforces conduct policies, handles conflict and de-escalation, documents accidents and incidents, provides first aid when needed, reports hazards and ongoing non-compliance, assists the public with program information, and represents the City professionally. Requires evening and weekend availability on a temporary, part-time basis.
