Coordinates and supervises citywide youth and adult athletic leagues, camps, clinics, and related recreation programs. Manages staff, volunteers, schedules, facilities, registrations, budgets, vendors, safety compliance, promotions, customer service, records, and community partnerships. Provides technical support for departmental systems and represents athletic programming to schools, civic groups, associations, and the public.

Directs the City’s Public Works Department, overseeing roads, landscaping, cemeteries, fleet maintenance, engineering, traffic, stormwater, sanitation, and capital improvement projects. Supervises staff, manages budgets and procurement, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, develops infrastructure plans, analyzes operational data, coordinates contractors and agencies, responds to residents, and advises City leadership through reports and presentations.

Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate city special events including budgeting, vendor contracting, site preparation, safety oversight, staffing, customer service, and post-event reporting.
