Conducts training needs assessments, consults with managers, creates course materials, evaluates program effectiveness, prepares reports, and advises employees on career development and learning opportunities. Supports organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise recreation participants, maintain a safe and positive environment, provide basic instruction, implement assigned programs, maintain attendance records, report incidents, follow safety policies, and complete assigned tasks. The role requires communication skills, physical activity, equipment handling, required training attendance, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
