Assist the Division Director to supervise and administer the Streets Division, overseeing street/stormwater maintenance, construction projects, stormwater permit compliance, budgeting, contracts, interagency coordination, staff supervision, and public interaction.

Support development and implementation of public transit and multimodal infrastructure projects. Perform transportation studies, data analysis, project design, grant support, policy compliance, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach to advance efficient, equitable, and sustainable transportation systems.

Plans and administers municipal pre-employment and promotional examinations, including scheduling, proctoring, scoring, and recordkeeping. Develops job classifications and descriptions, manages recruitment announcements, sources and interviews candidates, attends job fairs, and coordinates hiring paperwork. Maintains confidential personnel and testing records, performs E-Verify for new hires, supports Personnel Board meetings, communicates with department leaders and the public, and ensures compliance with city policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws.
