Part-time Site Program Lead supporting the City of Hialeah Human Resources Department. Role emphasizes HR operations, compliance with federal, state, and local laws and collective bargaining agreements, promoting employee development, equal opportunity, and maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.

Leads the administration, operations, programming, maintenance, staffing, compliance, and safety of the City’s aquatic facilities and programs. Supervises aquatic leadership and staff, establishes policies and safety standards, manages budgets and vendors, oversees facility readiness and regulatory inspections, evaluates programs and operational performance, responds to incidents, and coordinates maintenance, training, certifications, and community services.

Coordinates the full lifecycle of the City's grant portfolio, including opportunity research, application development, award implementation, financial monitoring, reimbursements, reporting, compliance, audits, and closeout. Maintains grant records, budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and status reports while coordinating with City departments, funding agencies, partners, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and auditors. Develops financial analyses, dashboards, and reporting tools, identifies compliance risks, supports corrective actions, and recommends process improvements.
