Represents the City in federal and state litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor-rights, administrative, and municipal proceedings. Responsibilities include conducting discovery, interviewing witnesses, preparing legal documents, researching laws and court decisions, advising departments, managing case files and deadlines, and presenting cases at hearings and trials. The role also assists the City Attorney with litigation administration and legal matters affecting municipal operations.

Assist the City Attorney in supervising legal duties related to Planning & Zoning, including contract preparation, legal advice, and document review.

Prepares and maintains the City’s operating and capital budgets, monitors departmental spending, analyzes expenditures and revenues, reviews funding requests and budget transfers, and maintains position control records. The analyst supports budget reports, presentations, fee studies, cost analyses, Workday financial coding, and implementation of budgetary procedures. The role also provides financial guidance to departments and assists with annual budget planning and fiscal oversight.
