Develop, compile, analyze, and administer the City’s Annual Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program. Review departmental submissions, reconcile audits to budgets, identify variances, improve citywide allocations, support automated budget systems, produce forecasts and models, provide ad hoc financial analysis, and train/assist departments on budget systems.

Detain, process, monitor, and release arrested persons while safeguarding inmates' rights and facility security. Perform booking tasks, monitor cameras and doors, prepare arraignment packets, serve meals, dispense medications, and provide basic first aid/CPR as needed.

Provide administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition, coordinating pre-hire onboarding, ensuring E-Verify/background check/drug screen compliance, managing job postings, ID badge issuance, skills testing coordination, phone and email intake, and ad hoc TA projects while delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder customer service.
