Develops, analyzes, and administers municipal operating budgets and capital improvement programs. Responsibilities include reviewing departmental submissions, analyzing funds, reconciling audit and budget reporting, projecting trends, identifying variances, implementing cost allocations, supporting budget software, and developing forecasts and financial models. The senior role also trains departments, maintains finance systems, and provides broader oversight. Requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of relevant governmental finance, accounting, budgeting, or auditing experience, depending on level.

Provides trauma-informed victim advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and confidential case management. Educates victims about rights and legal processes, coordinates referrals for housing, counseling, legal, medical, and financial assistance, and supports compensation and protective-order resources. Maintains case records, handles victim-services communications, collaborates with community agencies, and consults with department divisions. Also supports employee wellness and peer support while referring clinical needs to licensed providers.

Supervise landfill scale-house operations and customer service staff while overseeing scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, purchasing documentation, and monthly financial reporting. The role supports workflow improvement, staff development, customer issue resolution, administrative operations, and coordination with finance and purchasing teams.
