Manage multiple technology projects including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, testing, cloud migrations, and infrastructure transitions. Serve as liaison with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; track deliverables using project management tools; prepare budgets, change orders, RFPs/RFQs, and status reports; facilitate project team meetings and ensure timely, quality delivery.

Performs routine purchasing for city government: issues solicitations, conducts bid openings, prepares purchase orders and contracts, audits p-card transactions, maintains contract repositories, advises departments on procurement strategy, and ensures compliance with municipal procurement policies and regulations.

Perform skilled tree care and maintenance including climbing, pruning, removing hazardous trees, operating chainsaws, bucket trucks, woodchippers and stump grinders. Drive and operate tree and clamshell trucks, follow safety procedures, respond to after-hours emergencies, and perform related planting, spraying and crew oversight duties as needed.
