Provides administrative and operational support for the Senior Services division, including event coordination, front desk coverage, customer service, clerical tasks, visitor inquiries, and daily department activities at a community arts center.

Prepares, prosecutes, and defends complex municipal legal cases; conducts legal research, discovery, trial advocacy, and court appearances. Provides legal guidance to city departments, drafts opinions, ordinances, resolutions, and contracts, investigates claims, reviews insurance coverage, and negotiates real estate documents. May supervise staff and coordinate with outside counsel and governmental agencies. Focus areas include Freedom of Information Act compliance, litigation defense, contractual law, workers’ compensation, civil liability, tax, and real estate matters.
