Administer and enhance enterprise endpoint management using MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, and related technologies. Manage Windows provisioning, application packaging and deployment, patching, configuration policies, compliance, vulnerability remediation, mobile device management, and troubleshooting. Develop automation, monitor endpoint health and reporting, maintain technical documentation, support change management and endpoint projects, and provide technical guidance to service desk and IT stakeholders.

Develop and support enterprise web, mobile, desktop, database, analytics, and data warehouse applications for public safety. Oversee Charlotte’s landscape renovation, flower planting, pollinator garden, Bee City certification, and plant nursery programs. Manage landscape designs, specifications, contracts, budgets, inspections, contractor performance, documentation, and maintenance activities. Provide leadership to landscape staff and educate the public and stakeholders about horticulture, pollinator conservation, and sustainable landscaping. The role requires collaboration with agencies and community groups and may include occasional evening or weekend work.

Performs tree maintenance and structural pruning for City street trees using hand tools, chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, and potentially bucket trucks. Supports chipping, traffic control, worksite cleanup, equipment maintenance, storm cleanup, and public education activities. Works outdoors year-round, participates in on-call emergency response, mentors crew members, and interacts professionally with residents and City staff. Requires a North Carolina Class B CDL with air brake endorsement or equivalent, a high school diploma, and one to three years of tree maintenance experience.

Leads supplier lifecycle management, onboarding, master data governance, compliance monitoring, procurement reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Oversees data audits, ERP integrity, supplier documentation, internal controls, dashboards, metrics, and issue resolution. Partners with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, System Administration, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provides analytical insights and executive reporting while supporting supplier diversity and small business program initiatives.

Analyzes drinking water, wastewater, industrial discharge, surface water, and stormwater samples using EPA methods and laboratory instrumentation.
