Provide GIS-focused data analysis, mapping, and visualization to support rezoning and long-range planning. Create maps, spatial datasets, mailing lists, and analyses for planning divisions and citywide initiatives while ensuring data maintenance, publishing, and security compliance. Collaborate with other departments and support planning projects under moderate supervision.

Manage the Citys $6B debt portfolio: develop financing strategies, coordinate issuances and referenda, oversee construction-period financing, perform debt modeling and affordability analyses, ensure post-issuance compliance, supervise debt team staff, prepare reports/presentations, and coordinate with advisors, rating agencies, and City departments.

Lead delivery of end-user technology support via managed service providers, overseeing Tier 1/2 service desk, deskside and field support, device lifecycle, vendor SLAs, and escalations to Tier 3 teams. Design support operating model, service catalog, ITSM workflows, and performance measures. Use service data to reduce incidents and expand self-service, support deployments and high-volume onboarding, manage contracts and budgets, and build a customer-focused support culture for office, executive, and 24-hour transit operations.
