Lead the transit authority as chief strategic officer and public representative. Oversee operations, safety, capital program delivery, finance, workforce development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and strategic planning to advance safe, reliable, accessible public transportation across the region.

Assist municipal crews in pruning and removing trees up to 100 ft., operate bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, and ground‑work equipment, maintain job site safety per ANSI/OSHA/DOT, participate in on‑call and storm cleanup, and perform related duties.

Provide administrative support to Facilities leadership at Charlotte Douglas Airport: manage calendars, prepare reports/presentations, maintain Excel tracking workbooks, coordinate meetings, handle procurement and travel documentation, manage badging and confidential records, assist project coordination and emergency response, and deliver customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
