Administer and enhance enterprise endpoint management using MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, and related technologies. Designs print and digital communications for transportation and mobility initiatives, including presentations, maps, fact sheets, displays, campaigns, and public engagement materials. Translates complex planning information into accessible visual content, maintains brand standards, supports templates and design resources, and manages multiple projects. Collaborates with stakeholders, agencies, consultants, and community groups while ensuring ADA compliance and consistent public messaging.
