Lead tax compliance and advisory engagements: review tax closings and returns, respond to client compliance inquiries, perform intermediate tax and accounting research, develop budgets and pricing, assign workloads, supervise and train staff, and assess performance.

Manage day-to-day financial operations for clients including general ledger, payables/receivables, payroll, reconciliations, closings, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, ERP conversions, staff oversight (onshore/offshore), and process improvements while advising on technical accounting.

Lead and supervise BPO engagements: review workpapers and financial statements, perform reconciliations and cash postings, conduct internal audits, resolve issues, advise clients on process improvements, and mentor and evaluate staff.
