Leads audit, review, and compilation engagements, including risk assessment, fieldwork, testing, documentation, budgeting, and partner communication. Manages, trains, and evaluates engagement teams while maintaining strong client relationships. Supports business development through proposals and networking, stays current on auditing regulations and industry trends, and contributes to professional development and process improvement.

Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion. Perform control, substantive, and analytical testing; apply U.S. GAAP and GAAS; manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards; supervise and mentor staff; maintain client relationships; and stay current with auditing regulations and practices.
