Own the end-to-end recruitment engine for seven divisions: source, screen, vet, and deliver top 1% candidates. Manage ATS workflows, external recruiter partnerships, background checks, compliance, and hiring manager coordination to ensure streamlined onboarding and high-quality hires.

Lead and build an in-house legal function supporting real estate, construction, technology, and international operations. Drive legal strategy, governance, risk mitigation, contract and IP management, litigation oversight, and Legal-Tech/CLM implementation while managing external counsel and scaling a multidisciplinary legal team.

Ensure HR data integrity by managing BambooHR as the single source of truth, synchronizing payroll and biometrics, auditing employee records, standardizing templates with Legal, liaising with external HR/payroll partners, optimizing onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining leadership dashboards to monitor organizational readiness.

Execute day-to-day social media strategy, create and publish content across platforms, manage community engagement, support marketing materials and events, track analytics and report performance, perform market research, and provide administrative/project management support for marketing initiatives.

Take full ownership of a portfolio of sectional title and HOA/community schemes: manage trustees and owners, chair AGMs and meetings, ensure legal compliance (STSMA, CSOS Act), oversee budgets and levy management, drive maintenance and compliance actions to completion, and liaise with finance and stakeholders.

Develop CNC-ready shop drawings and detailed 3D models from IFCs, coordinate BIM data (ACC-FORMA), prepare complex Rhino geometries accounting for kerf/heat-melt, detect clashes, and collaborate with production, factory and CNC operators to optimize cut paths and reduce waste.
