Monitor and verify live public safety incidents, author accurate alerts and updates, coordinate with field contributors and responders, and broadcast real-time video commentary from Mission Control. Engage audiences while protecting privacy, dignity, and public safety. Collaborate with content and social teams to develop clips and improve the live-broadcast format. The role requires shift-based coverage, including evenings and weekends, and is based in an NYC studio.

The Director of Marketing will lead go-to-market strategies, manage marketing campaigns, support enterprise marketing, and leverage AI for marketing operations.

Build and scale a network of 1,000 active creators/month: recruit, pay, engage, and retain creators; run daily community operations; design incentives and partnerships; collaborate with product and track activation, retention, and content metrics.

Own enterprise sales finance functions including forecast and quota setting, deal desk and contract management, order-to-cash and AR, revenue tech stack administration, commissions calculation, reporting and dashboards, and customer onboarding to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and sales enablement.
