Own and ship core parts of Citizen’s iOS safety app, including live video, real-time alerts, maps, paid experiences, operator tools, performance, reliability, instrumentation, and releases. Build in Swift using strict concurrency, TCA, and modular SPM architecture. Operate AI agents for coding, testing, review, and instrumentation while maintaining production quality. Participate in weekly release captain rotations, drive initiatives end to end, and collaborate with backend, design, product, data, and operations teams.

Build and operate backend systems powering Citizen’s real-time safety pipeline, live video, AI-assisted incident detection, enterprise APIs, and internal tools. Own services handling high-scale event processing, latency, correctness, observability, infrastructure cost, and production reliability. Use Go, Python, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud while extending agent-based development and operations workflows. Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call, drive initiatives, collaborate with mobile, ML, data, and operations teams, and work onsite in New York City.

Lead all Citizen product areas, including the consumer app, subscriptions, enterprise products, API, and partner integrations. Rebuild the product architecture, improve retention and revenue, own experimentation and forecasting, and operate AI agents to scale product management work. Collaborate daily with the founder, design, engineering, finance, sales, and operations while setting the product strategy and shipping roadmap.
