The Stocker is responsible for stocking inventory, maintaining customer service, controlling expenses and shortages, and ensuring housekeeping standards.

Provide administrative and basic technical support for the IT department: manage calendars, documentation, purchase orders, inventories, help-desk phone support, vendor communication, and track contracts and equipment. Maintain confidentiality, prepare documentation, assist IT projects, and perform occasional lifting and event/weekend support.

Manage daily restaurant operations at the Travel Plaza: supervise staff, ensure food quality and safety, maintain cleanliness, control inventory and labor, handle scheduling, customer service, and financial targets to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Transport Tribal Elders to medical appointments, assist with mobility and paperwork, maintain transport logs, and provide patient support as needed.

Responsible for all pharmacy functions including filling prescriptions, maintaining inventory, counseling patients, and managing electronic health records.

Interns will be placed in a department according to their educational and career goals and will work on specific projects.
