Own end-to-end implementation lifecycles for government agency clients of a SaaS platform: translate SOWs into project plans, manage milestones, coordinate data/environment readiness, liaise with Sales, Engineering, Data Science and GIS, enforce quality gates, and drive client launch and handoff.

Own mid-funnel RevOps: territory planning and governance, segmentation, ownership transitions, pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, process documentation, and cross-functional governance. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace to define stage definitions, SLAs, coverage models, and operating cadences to make the middle of the funnel predictable and scalable.

Manage public sector client relationships to ensure product value, retention, and upsell. Serve as client advocate, gather feedback, collaborate with Sales and Development, implement risk mitigation strategies, meet success metrics, and represent Citian at regional and national events.

Lead integration of AI into transportation products: prototype models, evaluate third-party tools, design fine-tuning/benchmarking strategies, oversee computer vision asset extraction, and apply AI to QA/QC with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and product fit.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Citian's transportation SaaS. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to build AI-driven features, validate solutions with clients, define success metrics, and drive adoption.

Drive full sales cycle for a venture-backed SaaS company: outbound prospecting, qualify leads, manage and forecast pipeline in Salesforce, close deals, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences. Target new and existing markets with occasional travel; public-sector experience is a plus.

Design, build, and deploy full stack web and mobile applications. Collaborate via GitLab, implement RESTful APIs, work with Python/SQL back-ends, leverage AWS services (S3, Lambda), research transportation solutions, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to product innovation and production deployments.

As Head of Marketing, you'll coordinate marketing efforts, develop messaging strategies, manage outbound campaigns, and create branding collateral for Citian.

Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and workflows, support application deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and scalability.

Partner with Sales AEs to provide technical pre-sales support: deliver product demos and technical deep dives, build proof-of-concept environments, facilitate discovery, and establish customer relationships to drive adoption and close deals. Support marketing with demos, workshops, and white papers.

The Proposal Writer will coordinate proposal development for public sector opportunities, including technical writing, editing, research, and project management to support sales efforts.
