Own end-to-end data ingestion and extraction projects for government transportation clients. Translate statements of work into project plans, manage milestones and deliverables, coordinate data readiness and engineering environments, and serve as the primary client contact. Partner with state DOTs, MPOs, cities, and counties to deliver implementations on schedule and within scope while communicating technical progress to nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage relationships with public-sector SaaS clients, drive product adoption and retention, mitigate account risks, exceed customer success targets, gather feedback, collaborate with Sales and Development, and identify upsell opportunities. Build Citian’s customer education program from the ground up by selecting and configuring an LMS, designing self-paced curricula, creating video and interactive learning modules, piloting training with customers, measuring adoption and feedback, and establishing a maintenance playbook. The role serves software users in transportation, infrastructure, public-sector, technical, data, and GIS environments.

Own mid-funnel RevOps: territory planning and governance, segmentation, ownership transitions, pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, process documentation, and cross-functional governance. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace to define stage definitions, SLAs, coverage models, and operating cadences to make the middle of the funnel predictable and scalable.

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring GTM, customer success, and corporate staff. Create and post job descriptions, use prospecting tools and ATS, conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and workflows, support application deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and scalability.

Partner with Sales AEs to provide technical pre-sales support: deliver product demos and technical deep dives, build proof-of-concept environments, facilitate discovery, and establish customer relationships to drive adoption and close deals. Support marketing with demos, workshops, and white papers.

Lead data engineering efforts to architect scalable pipelines, ETL, and data models; ensure data quality and governance; work with cloud platforms and distributed systems; mentor engineers; collaborate with data scientists and product teams to deliver data-driven transportation solutions.

Drive full sales cycle for Citian's SaaS transportation solutions across the U.S.: outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, managing and forecasting pipeline in Salesforce/CRM, closing deals, and representing the company at trade shows and conferences. Collaborate in a fast-paced team and pursue public sector/state and local government opportunities.

Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other sales tools. Make high-volume outbound calls, log activity in Salesforce, nurture prospects, and support Sales Executives. Travel to trade shows and conferences to build pipeline and brand presence.
