Lead security engineering and compliance for SaaS products serving public agencies. Secure AWS GovCloud systems handling criminal justice information, implement identity, encryption, network, monitoring, backup, and access controls, translate SOC 2, CJIS, and NIST requirements into auditable controls, manage vulnerabilities and incident response, support customer assessments, and establish secure development standards. The role also partners with engineering, data, leadership, customers, assessors, and penetration testers.

Build and ship production AI-enabled product features for transportation agencies. Partner with product, design, customer success, and data science teams to identify valuable AI applications, implement full-stack capabilities, evaluate LLM correctness and grounding, enforce authorization and customer isolation, and operate features in production. Lead integration of AI into transportation products: prototype models, evaluate third-party tools, design fine-tuning/benchmarking strategies, oversee computer vision asset extraction, and apply AI to QA/QC with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and product fit.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ADAPT, a roadway and right-of-way asset management platform for public agencies. Partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused features, including AI capabilities. Define product quality standards, metrics, enterprise requirements, and launch strategies while validating solutions with clients and balancing feature development with scalability, security, and reliability.

Lead architecture and build scalable data pipelines and ETL for large datasets, optimize data models and DB structures, ensure data quality and governance, work with cloud platforms (Snowflake/AWS), mentor junior engineers, collaborate with data scientists and product teams, and apply geospatial and big-data technologies to deliver data-driven transportation solutions.

Own end-to-end data ingestion and extraction projects for government transportation clients. Translate statements of work into project plans, manage milestones and deliverables, coordinate data readiness and engineering environments, and serve as the primary client contact. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and regional and national travel to client events.

Build Citian’s customer education program from the ground up by selecting and configuring an LMS, designing self-paced curricula, creating video and interactive learning modules, piloting training with customers, measuring adoption and feedback, and establishing a maintenance playbook. The role serves software users in transportation, infrastructure, public-sector, technical, data, and GIS environments.

Own mid-funnel RevOps: territory planning and governance, segmentation, ownership transitions, pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, process documentation, and cross-functional governance. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace to define stage definitions, SLAs, coverage models, and operating cadences to make the middle of the funnel predictable and scalable.

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring GTM, customer success, and corporate staff. Create and post job descriptions, use prospecting tools and ATS, conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and workflows, support application deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and scalability.
