Collaborate in a fast-paced team and pursue public sector/state and local government opportunities.

Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other sales tools. Make high-volume outbound calls, log activity in Salesforce, nurture prospects, and support Sales Executives. Travel to trade shows and conferences to build pipeline and brand presence. Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented SaaS startup with opportunities for growth.

Manage public sector client relationships to ensure product value, retention, and upsell. Serve as client advocate, gather feedback, collaborate with Sales and Development, implement risk mitigation strategies, meet success metrics, and represent Citian at regional and national events.

Lead integration of AI into transportation products: prototype models, evaluate third-party tools, design fine-tuning/benchmarking strategies, oversee computer vision asset extraction, and apply AI to QA/QC with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and product fit.

Own mid-funnel RevOps: territory planning and governance, segmentation, ownership transitions, pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, process documentation, and cross-functional governance. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace to define stage definitions, SLAs, coverage models, and operating cadences to make the middle of the funnel predictable and scalable.

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Citian's transportation SaaS. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to build AI-driven features, validate solutions with clients, define success metrics, and drive adoption.
