Teams at Citian

Own end-to-end implementation lifecycles for government agency clients of a SaaS platform: translate SOWs into project plans, manage milestones, coordinate data/environment readiness, liaise with Sales, Engineering, Data Science and GIS, enforce quality gates, and drive client launch and handoff.

Own mid-funnel RevOps: territory planning and governance, segmentation, ownership transitions, pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, process documentation, and cross-functional governance. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace to define stage definitions, SLAs, coverage models, and operating cadences to make the middle of the funnel predictable and scalable.

Manage public sector client relationships to ensure product value, retention, and upsell. Serve as client advocate, gather feedback, collaborate with Sales and Development, implement risk mitigation strategies, meet success metrics, and represent Citian at regional and national events.
