Own end-to-end data ingestion and extraction projects for government transportation clients. Translate statements of work into project plans, manage milestones and deliverables, coordinate data readiness and engineering environments, and serve as the primary client contact. Partner with state DOTs, MPOs, cities, and counties to deliver implementations on schedule and within scope while communicating technical progress to nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage relationships with public-sector SaaS clients, drive product adoption and retention, mitigate account risks, exceed customer success targets, gather feedback, collaborate with Sales and Development, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and regional and national travel to client events.

Build Citian’s customer education program from the ground up by selecting and configuring an LMS, designing self-paced curricula, creating video and interactive learning modules, piloting training with customers, measuring adoption and feedback, and establishing a maintenance playbook. The role serves software users in transportation, infrastructure, public-sector, technical, data, and GIS environments.
