Make high-volume outbound calls, log activity in Salesforce, nurture prospects, and support Sales Executives. Travel to trade shows and conferences to build pipeline and brand presence. Manage public sector client relationships to ensure product value, retention, and upsell. Serve as client advocate, gather feedback, collaborate with Sales and Development, implement risk mitigation strategies, meet success metrics, and represent Citian at regional and national events.

Lead integration of AI into transportation products: prototype models, evaluate third-party tools, design fine-tuning/benchmarking strategies, oversee computer vision asset extraction, and apply AI to QA/QC with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and product fit.
