Manages water and wastewater projects from estimating and bidding through procurement, submittals, delivery, startup, and completion. Coordinates vendors, contractors, customers, engineers, drafting personnel, schedules, purchase orders, technical documentation, drawings, and project issues. Prepares quotations, submittals, compliance documentation, manuals, and revisions while providing technical product support and coordinating specialized solutions.

Provides inside sales support to CITCO accounts through order entry, quotations, product application guidance, inbound and outbound calls, lead communication, and customer correspondence. Maintains accurate purchase orders, shipping details, contacts, pricing, and sales history in ERP and CRM systems. Uses general knowledge of treatment chemicals, pipes, valves, fittings, waterworks products, meter equipment, and related service offerings to support customers and prepare standardized quotes.
