Develops category strategies to increase sales and profitability across retail channels. Analyzes market trends, consumer behavior, sales data, forecasting, and inventory levels to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and product availability. Collaborates with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, sales, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while monitoring competitors and presenting category performance to senior management.

Manages and expands sales across assigned U.S. territories by prospecting, developing key accounts, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role is responsible for meeting sales quotas, maintaining customer relationships, tracking performance, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at trade shows and networking events.

Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting solutions, Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and KPIs. Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile data from ERP, Microsoft, Excel, third-party, and operational sources. Automate repetitive reporting, troubleshoot data issues, support recurring and ad hoc requests, document business logic, and collaborate with departments to deliver reliable reporting and process improvements.

The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the store, supporting various departments, loading and unloading deliveries, and providing customer service.
