Manage front-end/cashier operations to ensure exceptional guest service, department profitability, compliance with transaction procedures, staff training and scheduling, inventory and supply oversight, and effective issue escalation. Drive guest engagement, supervise daily returns/credits and register key controls, assist hiring, and motivate the team to meet service and sales goals.

Provide administrative support to the Buying Team: manage calendars, vendor communications, purchase orders, data entry, vendor records, meeting notes, PTO tracking, calls, office tasks, supply orders, and warehouse coordination to keep procurement operations running smoothly.

Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and advise hiring managers to fill high-volume roles. Maintain candidate pipelines, support campus recruiting and events, conduct references and exit interviews, and improve hiring processes while representing the company brand.
