Own end-to-end implementations, integrations (observability, ITSM, ticketing, collaboration), migrations from incumbent AIOps platforms, incident response and RCA, alert normalization, and production-grade AI workflow design while driving customer outcomes and product feedback.

Build a scalable, fault-tolerant observability platform and AI SRE agents that analyze logs, traces, and metrics in real time. Develop distributed systems, large-scale analytics pipelines, streaming data processing, LLM-based querying, and collaborate with ML engineers on model deployment.
