Translate complex multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and observability environments into solution architectures, deliver demos, author technical assets, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer success and scale the solutions engineering function.

Customer-facing senior engineer who deploys and operates an LLM-powered AI SRE product in enterprise environments. Own end-to-end implementations, integrations (observability, ITSM, ticketing, collaboration), migrations from incumbent AIOps platforms, incident response and RCA, alert normalization, and production-grade AI workflow design while driving customer outcomes and product feedback.

Build a scalable, fault-tolerant observability platform and AI SRE agents that analyze logs, traces, and metrics in real time. Develop distributed systems, large-scale analytics pipelines, streaming data processing, LLM-based querying, and collaborate with ML engineers on model deployment.
