Teams at Ciroos

Lead pre-sales technical engagements and design PoVs for enterprise customers. Translate complex multi-cloud, Kubernetes, and observability environments into solution architectures, deliver demos, author technical assets, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer success and scale the solutions engineering function.

Own and drive enterprise customer programs from onboarding to adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams (FDE, Product, Engineering), tracking status and blockers, engaging with SRE/cloud/security stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of integrations, security reviews, and deliverables while building repeatable processes and clear customer communication.

Own customer escalations and production support for the Ciroos platform; deploy and configure AI SRE integrations; build alert normalization, correlation, and automation; troubleshoot distributed systems using logs, traces, and telemetry; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to enable migrations, go-lives, and platform improvements.
