Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, translate designs into code, and improve development practices.

Design, develop and deliver Power Platform solutions—Power Pages, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI—integrating securely with Dynamics 365 F&O via OData/REST. Build plugins (C#), custom connectors, use Liquid/JS/CSS/PCF, implement Azure integrations and CI/CD, and support end-to-end project delivery and governance.

Create and maintain user-focused self-service content (knowledge articles, FAQs, how-to guides, tooltips) for new products and platforms. Translate complex system and SME inputs into clear online help, establish taxonomy/templates/governance for a scalable knowledge base, use AI and KM platforms to accelerate drafting, manage review/version control, and collaborate with Product, Change, Business Analysis and contact centre teams to validate and improve content.

Support and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for the Scheme Payments Platform. Work across AP, AR, GL, Cash & Bank, Tax, Subscription Billing, PIM, and Inventory modules. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployments, BAU support, integrations (Power Platform/ISV), training, data migration, and continuous improvement.
