Teams at Circular Economy Systems (CES)

Provides L2/L3 application support for complex web-based and integrated production systems. Investigates incidents and service requests using SQL, logs, APIs, databases, and monitoring tools; manages issues through resolution within SLAs; communicates with clients; performs health checks; coordinates technical escalations; maintains documentation; supports users; and identifies automation and process improvements.

Lead the end-to-end development of a greenfield, scalable SaaS platform for container deposit schemes. Define product strategy, roadmap, and solution direction; translate customer, business, and technical needs into product increments; and collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams. The role requires stakeholder alignment, data-informed prioritization, platform thinking, and strong product practice in an ambiguous environment while helping establish a broader product culture.

Own strategic client relationships from onboarding through renewal, managing account health, satisfaction, retention, and commercial outcomes. Develop account plans, lead QBRs and governance forums, monitor service and commercial performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and serve as the primary contact for major client communications. The role partners with Service Centre, Product, and Delivery teams to improve service delivery and build a scalable client success approach.
