Own the mathematics behind industrial optimization models, build modeling abstractions, convert messy ERP/Excel customer problems into robust, scalable models, deliver actionable solver-backed answers, scale models across sites and customers, and ship features end-to-end into production while collaborating closely with engineering and customers.

Translate messy, real-world production problems into robust combinatorial optimization models and build the software interface and engine to run them in production. Own end-to-end model lifecycle: data ingestion (ERP/Excel), observable/reproducible solves, scaling, and production features. Collaborate with math/OR and product teams to deliver actionable, explainable results for plant managers.

Lead end-to-end new-logo enterprise sales for an industrial optimization platform: outbound prospecting, discovery, PoV co-creation, running pilots with Delivery, and closing enterprise contracts. Build pipeline and channels, create sales materials and playbooks, multithread into COOs/Operations/Supply Chain/Controlling, and own conversion metrics and customer outcomes while working closely with the founders.

Lead product for an early-stage industrial optimization platform: own roadmap, translate between sales and engineering, run proofs of value, build prototypes, define product vs. project boundaries, and drive customer-facing discovery to turn modeling patterns into reusable product capabilities.

Lead go-to-market end-to-end: identify and close industrial B2B deals, define segment and pricing thesis, build demand and partner channels, own positioning and pilots, and hire a commercial team. High market-facing execution (60-70%) plus strategy and product feedback.

Design, build, and operate a multi-tenant data platform: ingestion from heterogeneous sources, storage, fast query paths, pipelines to object storage, production Postgres performance, platform infrastructure and deployments, and performance work with the optimization engine.
