Owns technical direction, delivery, reliability, security, financial correctness, incident response, and cross-functional roadmaps. Recruits, coaches, and manages engineers while supporting cross-border payments, stablecoin settlement, geographic expansion, and collaboration across US- and India-based teams.

Partner with risk, compliance, engineering, and enterprise AI teams; manage roadmaps, dependencies, reporting, executive updates, and measurable outcomes while ensuring AI solutions remain safe, explainable, auditable, and human-supervised.

Owns Circle’s ecosystem growth, market intelligence, brand presence, and stakeholder engagement in South Korea. Identifies market participants, supports compliant market engagement, informs pipeline and market-entry strategy, shares regulatory insights, coordinates with commercial, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams, and reports on market developments. Requires senior business development and market expansion experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure, plus regulator engagement and Korean-English fluency.

Design, build, and own scalable microservices and secure APIs that transfer value across blockchain and banking protocols. Extend in-house blockchain infrastructure, integrate with banks and cloud services, troubleshoot production issues, document system and testing procedures, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable payment experiences.

Lead long-term technical direction and architecture for Circle's core platform. Drive cross-team initiatives, mentor senior engineers, improve observability, reliability, and performance, and address platform-wide technical debt while influencing engineering standards and developer experience across the company.

Lead exploration and design of a native token and governance for the Arc network: define tokenomics, model incentives and staking, operationalize onchain/offchain governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage the community.

Lead day-to-day Product Risk Management operations: identify, assess, mitigate, and report product risks; define processes, standards, and tools; run risk assessments and executive reporting; partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance and auditors to embed ERM and ensure post-launch monitoring and issue remediation.
