Own end-to-end revenue and partnership accounting, including month- and quarter-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, subledger reviews, variance analysis, revenue recognition, incentive accounting, disclosures, controls, and audit support. Apply ASC 606 and US GAAP to complex arrangements while partnering with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams. Design AI and automation solutions using ChatGPT and Gemini to improve efficiency, quality, governance, and auditability.

Manages Circle Payments Network’s 24/7 payment operations, including shift coverage, live queue performance, escalations, investigations, SLA metrics, quality control, analyst training, SOPs, and process improvements. The role leads operations analysts, handles complex cross-border payment issues, coordinates escalations with Engineering, Product, and partners, and owns operational reporting and documentation.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex currency, treasury, payments, digital asset, and blockchain-enabled experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to identify customer needs, define solutions, influence product strategy, and deliver scalable designs. Own experimentation frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to scale liquidity, adoption, and measurable share shift versus competing stablecoins through cross-functional execution and data-driven prioritization.

Own month-end and quarter-end accounting for operating costs, payroll, equity compensation, fixed and intangible assets, leases, and cash transactions. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, SEC disclosures, and supporting schedules. Analyze datasets and financial statement movements, maintain SOX and ICFR controls, support audits and compliance, and improve accounting processes through AI and automation.

Own long-term product strategy and roadmap for Circle's digital assets and capital markets platform. Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage regulatory and market risks, define forecasting and liquidity models, influence executives, and mentor product managers to scale global stablecoin and capital access infrastructure.

Leads business development for USDC adoption across repo, derivatives, and dealer balance-sheet workflows. Engages swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and market infrastructure providers; drives pilots from design through execution; coordinates with product and engineering teams; aligns integrations with regulatory, legal, compliance, and risk requirements; advises leadership on capital and liquidity benefits; and negotiates strategic C-level partnerships.

Own accounting and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities, including month-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, SEC disclosure support, and compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local requirements.
