Own full sales cycle for shipper accounts in a brokerage environment: prospecting, closing new business, managing freight execution, negotiating rates, coordinating carriers and operations, and growing/retaining accounts through proactive service and market-driven solutions.

Coordinate daily shipments by entering load orders, monitoring freight movement, making check calls, maintaining documentation, resolving customer and driver issues, and collaborating with Sales and Dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategic business growth for a freight brokerage by prospecting and closing shippers and carriers, managing key accounts, developing customized freight strategies, analyzing market trends, negotiating rates and contracts, collaborating with operations, mentoring junior staff, and tracking performance to drive revenue expansion.

Drive new business and expand key accounts for a 3PL provider through outbound prospecting, relationship management, quarterly strategic reviews, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure service excellence and growth.

Own financial and operational analysis for a freight brokerage: build profitability and productivity reports, diagnose and fix billing/collections issues, improve processes, run projects, support modeling, and reconcile TMS and ledger data to produce repeatable reporting.

Lead a pod of 5–7 Account Managers to grow and retain large freight brokerage accounts. Own pricing, RFQs, customer escalations, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering with Sales and leadership to drive revenue and process improvements.

Manage and grow B2B accounts within the auto-hauling division by identifying sales opportunities, matching customer demand with freight quotes, and building strategic partnerships. Oversee daily shipments to ensure on-time service, maintain accurate system data, collaborate on pricing and implementation, and support driver adoption of mobile tracking systems.
