Manages the full freight brokerage sales cycle, from prospecting and closing new shipper accounts to coordinating shipment execution and growing a profitable book of business. Responsibilities include 150+ daily outbound calls, pipeline management, customer and carrier rate negotiation, margin protection, shipment oversight, relationship development, and proactive customer communication. The role is fully remote but may require nights and weekends. Specialized freight experience is valued.

Monitors and manages freight shipments through automated and AI-driven workflows. Verifies carriers and shipment details, tracks pickups and deliveries, communicates updates, resolves transportation issues, documents activity, and escalates service failures. Audits automation workflows, identifies process gaps, supports testing and validation, and recommends improvements to Automation and Carrier Sales teams. The role requires multitasking across numerous active shipments and maintaining high service standards.

Owns enterprise lead governance, including lead ownership rules, parent-child account hierarchy logic, distribution and assignment workflows, ownership dispute resolution, lead velocity and aging monitoring, rep behavior audits, and reclamation of neglected accounts. The role also manages sourcing rules and assignment logic for new enterprise targets while enforcing consistent processes across account managers and sales pods.
