Lead a pod of 5–7 Account Managers to grow and retain large freight brokerage accounts. Own pricing, RFQs, customer escalations, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering with Sales and leadership to drive revenue and process improvements.

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day shipments: enter load orders, make check calls, track freight, maintain shipment documentation, communicate with drivers/customers, resolve issues with Sales and Dispatch, and meet high outbound call volume targets.

Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup to delivery, monitor load progress, maintain shipment documentation and internal systems, communicate with carriers/drivers and internal teams, assist with carrier sourcing and rate negotiation, and support customer needs.
