Develop and maintain cloud platform integrations, APIs, backend services, and scalable software components for cardiovascular imaging products. The role supports NLP, conversational interfaces, agentic AI, platform integration, security, testing, observability, deployment, and production support. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and improving development practices.

Provide product training, pre-sales demonstrations, remote and on-site installations, and technical support for Circle cardiovascular imaging software. Build and manage customer relationships, document interactions in SFDC, create training materials, and relay customer feedback to development while supporting sales efforts across the APAC region.

Test and validate Circle's cardiac MR software across platforms. Create, execute, and maintain test cases and automated regression scripts, report root causes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clinicians and the scrum team. Perform functional, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing and document results.

Manage the complete renewal cycle for assigned customer accounts, including contract execution, stakeholder engagement, renewal negotiations, forecasting, CRM updates, and churn prevention. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to resolve risks and billing issues, support subscription transitions, and maintain customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Drive outbound and inbound prospecting within existing Cardiac MR client accounts to generate qualified CT software opportunities. Map accounts and stakeholders, qualify leads, schedule demos, articulate CT clinical value, collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales, and relay market intelligence. Ensure smooth handoff of hot leads to Sales Executives.

Lead design and development of advanced medical image processing algorithms and integration frameworks, implement automated workflows, collaborate with engineering, product, regulatory, and QA teams, develop and document validation strategies for regulatory initiatives, and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the software development team.

Provide remote and onsite technical software support for cardiovascular imaging products: troubleshoot clinical production issues, analyze/prioritize tickets, assist installations/configuration, advise on infrastructure and workflows, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and support customer success.

Design, implement, and deploy high-performance deep learning models for 3D medical image tasks (segmentation, registration, geometric analysis). Own ML components from architecture through validation and production integration, write maintainable Python/C++ code, mentor junior staff, and contribute to research and model validation for cardiovascular imaging products.

Develop and maintain cardiovascular medical imaging software on cloud platforms. Design and implement GUI workflows, backend services, and post-processing algorithms. Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to deliver scalable, testable, and performant SaaS solutions.
